Mental Health Therapist
The Health & Wellness Collective, Inc is a growing wellness center in Monticello, Illinois. We currently offer individual, family, and group therapy. Our mission is to create a workplace environment that fosters healing for our clients and providers as well.

HWC is seeking clinical providers to join our team; must have the capability to work via telehealth. HWC partners with providers that want to offer outpatient mental health services through a unique and holistic lens providing services with a foundation of mindfulness/evidenced based approaches to help everyone walking through the door to reach their full potential and increase their overall wellness of mind and body.

Requirements:
- Current licensure as an LCSW or LCPC in the state of Illinois
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- Must be available to see a minimum of 5 clients per week
- Excellent organization and written skills (you will be in control of your weekly schedule)

Schedule and Compensation:
It is our goal to create a work environment that fosters personal and professional growth. Weekly consultation meetings are available for all providers, however are not mandatory.
Massage Therapist-LMT

We are looking for a part-time LMT to join our team!
​
Join our team as an independent contractor! With this option your pay will be based on a percentage of services rendered. The Health & Wellness Collective will advertise for your services, set up scheduling, handle all billing of services, and provide sheets.
