Sarah is a 2007 graduate of Parkland's Massage Therapy program and also received a master's degree in Kinesiology from Eastern Illinois University.

She views everything as connected physically, but also that trauma and emotions can play a big part in chronic pain. Sarah practices Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, while incorporating elements of Myofacial release when needed.
