1.
Mental Health Therapy
Therapy is an opportunity to take care of our mental and emotional self. It is a time of reflection and self exploration. It is not always easy to ask for help or for support.
2.
Meditation
HWC believes in the healing power of meditation. We all have a "doing mind" and "being mind." Some of us may feel more comfortable in one of these states of mind than the other. Meditation or as we like to call it "being mind" is a skill that we improve the more we practice and the more we increase our awareness to this present moment. Please reach out to us to see if meditation is a skill you would like to incorporate into your wellness plan.
3.
Mindfulness
To be mindful is to bring one's attention to the present moment, with no judgement. At HWC you will be introduced to a variety of mindful skills based on your own individual needs. Please let us know if you are interested in learning more about and practicing mindfulness in your life.
4.
Essential Oils
HWC supports the use of essential oils. There are many different ways we can use essential oils to help support our emotional health. If you are interested in learning more about essential oils or exploring their use for overall health, please check out our Doterra page under Essential Oils in our Services drop down option.
